Simple to use:
1. Align spacers at edges between glass plates with silicone foam blocks over short plate. Creating glass sandwich.
2. Applying downward pressure against spacer's sponge block, sealing the space above short plate and flushing spacer with bottom of glass sandwich.
3. Place clips in center of spacer.
4. Center glass sandwich onto casting stand, so that clips clear each side of upright. Push sandwich into silicone foam seal and under holding brackets.

Maintain even temperatures with aluminum heat diffuser plates placed behind the glass sandwich. This method gives excellent results, virtually
eliminating the "smile" effect. Made of 0.100" clear anodized aluminum.
Made of 18 gauge wire with the finest quality rubber insulation. Leads can be fitted with piggy back plugs for an additional cost. Piggy back plugs allow multiple parallel connections from the same power source.

Covers
Interlocking Safety- includes attached leads. To remove IC cover, leads must be disconnected, ensuring safety.

Our vinyl 1/2" wide spacers have a silicone sponge block 1/16" taller than the difference in the glass plates. The compressed sponge block seals the space above the short plate and flushes spacer with bottom of glass sandwich. Sold in sets of two. Thickness of spacers should match your comb.
